The Black Cat Tavern on 12th, which replaced our old school LoMo neighborhood Cheech's on 12th and Oregon Ave earlier this year, has finally painted their sign! We were kind of getting the vibe that a lot of locals weren't sure the bar was open. Now there is no confusion that this fantastic, craft beer carrying, dart throwing, and quizzo hosting bar is open to everyone in South Philadelphia!
